This introductory course into Life Coaching is designed to provide you with the underpinning knowledge and tools required to use Life Coaching for yourself and eventually others.
You may even want a new career as a professional Life Coach, in which case this is the first essential step!
Life Coaching skills can be applied in your private and professional life and will enhance your communication skills, listening skills, your self esteem and confidence - you don't need any previous experience.

Life Coaching is about tapping into your own resources many of which you may be unaware of. We all have hidden resources, talents and capabilities.
Life Coaching is about creating choices and making changes that will enrich your life, and is empowering, exciting, energetic and creative. Life Coaching is working through a structured process for yourself and/or others, which when followed appropriately, will always get positive results.
The Chrysalis Certificate in Life Coaching (Cert. CNS.) is recognised by the Counselling Society. On completion, you'll get a recognised qualification.
You can complete the course in as little as 4 weeks - or just fit the course around your lifestyle and take as long as you like.
You'll have access to your assigned, expert tutor for as long as it takes to complete the course, with easy methods of communication.

- The Beginning and Ending of a Life Coaching Session

- The Life Coaches' Code of Conduct - What are the benefits of adopting an ethical framework.
