This 12 part course is designed to show you how to coach yourself towards better health and greater wellbeing. It is ideally suited to anyone who wants, or needs, to make some improvements to their baseline level of health and wellness. For example, you might like some help to change an unhealthy habit, fulfill a lifestyle prescription, or simply increase your level of happiness and contentment.

The truth is we all have a greater potential for wellbeing and fulfillment than we realise  and  during  this course you will be able to take a good look at all areas of your health and wellbeing and apply the principles of coaching to each and every area where you would like to make some change or improvement.
