This course is filled with a comprehensive look at all the fears we face in life.  Fears from the past arising out of the negative experiences we've all encountered, fears in the present about relationships, career, and life's purpose, fears about the future and fears about change.

Doing this course is very empowering.  Not only are you learning about yourself, about your fears and creating positive changes in your life, but you're doing so with the guidance and support of an acknowledged therapist.  The course is recognised as a personal growth course by the National Counselling Society.

Meet the Contributors

Dr Chris Forester

In addition to numerous professional qualifications Chris holds degrees from Oxford in Philosophy, Theology and Psychoanalysis. Over the course of his career he has held University Lectureships, chaired a national therapy organisation, run numerous workshops both in the UK and the US and made several TV appearances.
