Telephone Coaching for Health and Wellbeing
About the Course
This three month coaching programme is designed help you achieve your personal wellness goals, fulfil a lifestyle prescription, release stress, or simply to feel better about yourself.
The course should be completed within a three month (90 day) period.
It is ideally suited to anyone who wants, or needs, to make some improvements to their baseline level of wellness and includes up to six, 45 minute telephone coaching sessions, to help you get the most of the course.
You will also receive a copy of the e-course Coach Yourself to Better health which is backed up with 90 days of online support to help you achieve your goals.
You'll have access to your assigned, expert tutor for up to 90 days, with easy methods of communication.
You also get access to the online Student Coffee Shop where you can discuss topics with other students and with tutors.
When purchasing the course, you have the option of purchasing a printed copy, of the module workbooks.

Telephone (or Skype) coaching offers an ideal solution for busy people who want to enjoy the advantages of a personal consultation without having to leave their home or office.
You will discover how to draw up a personal plan for optimal wellbeing and create an effective action plan that you are really willing to stick to.
You will learn some of the secrets of professional coaching for your own personal use and will have the chance to practice a range of self-help techniques to make the process of change as easy as possible.
Optional live coaching sessions with your personal coach will help you work through your challenges and raise your motivation and enthusiasm for greater wellbeing.
During this course your Personal Coach will help you to identify any imbalances or self-limiting beliefs that may be holding you back and will then show you easy ways to change those beliefs into ones that nourish and support you.
Qualifications
Not applicable to this course, but a Certificate of Achievement can be awarded on completion.

The detailed syllabus for this course will be set both by you and your coach together and will be dependent on what you most want, or need to get out of the coaching process.
